Every Aurum Celtic product is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you experience any issues with your order, we are here to assist.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • Product received is damaged.

  • Product received is defective.

  • Incorrect item was delivered.

  • Product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Request Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

Required Proof

To initiate a return request, customers must provide:

  • Order Number

  • Product photographs

  • Packaging photographs

  • Complete unboxing video

The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Customized products

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products showing signs of wear and usage

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to:

  • Stock availability

  • Successful quality inspection

If replacement inventory is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Banks and payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Quality Inspection

All returned products undergo inspection before approval.
